List of facilities in the Institute

Our laboratory is a central analytical unit at the Institute of Geology, Mineralogy and Geophysics. The analytical methods we use include:

  • Electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA)
  • Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
  • Focused ion beam – Scanning Electron Microscope (FIB-SEM)
  • Optical-Cathodoluminescence microscopy and Spectroscopy (CL-OM)
  • Epifluorescence microscopy (EM)
