Central Microanalytical laboratory
Our laboratory is a central analytical unit at the Institute of Geology, Mineralogy and Geophysics. The analytical methods we use include:
- Electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA)
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
- Focused ion beam – Scanning Electron Microscope (FIB-SEM)
- Optical-Cathodoluminescence microscopy and Spectroscopy (CL-OM)
- Epifluorescence microscopy (EM)
