Geochemistry, petrology and geochronology of high and ultrahigh- pressure metamorphic rocks; PTt-paths and subduction/exhumation processes; fluid-rock interaction; cathodoluminescence microscopy of metamorphic and magmatic minerals. Field areas: Dora-Maira Massif/Italy; Kokchetav-Massif/ Kazakhstan; Rio San Juan Complex/Dominican Republic; Queyras, France; Dabie, Sulu, Qaidam, North China Craton, Tibetan Plateau/China.
